Shirataki Konjac Pasta
Yes. Konjac is the name of the plant used to make our products. The paste obtained is known in Asia as Shirataki or Konnyaku noodles and is the same one that is used in many diets, including the Dukan Diet, due to its low caloric intake since it contains zero net carbohydrates and contains practically no calories (7kcal/100g ).
Shirataki pasta and konjac flour are very healthy foods, with fiber, without allergens and 100% vegetables that you can easily integrate into your daily life to eat healthier and control your calorie intake while enjoying eating.
Each serving of konjac paste (100g) contains only 7kcal which, as they come from soluble vegetable fiber, cannot be absorbed by the body. For this reason, your body absorbs around zero calories from eating konjac products. Konjac products, as they do not contain carbohydrates or sugar, are ideal to combine with diets and control weight.
Konjac pasta is precooked and is very easy to incorporate into your daily life! You can use it at lunch and dinner in all your dishes; combined with vegetables, meat, fish, sauce, salads, soups and also with sushi!

You can keep the shirataki pasta in the pantry at room temperature as long as it does not exceed 25ºC. Otherwise, you should keep it in the fridge.
Once the package is opened, it will be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. It must not be frozen.
Spinach, tomato and basil noodles, as they contain dehydrated foods, should always be kept in the fridge.

Scientific studies show that for best results it is best to take konjac daily. Our 200g packs are designed for two servings of 100g each, but you can eat as much as you need to feel full. Remember that konjac pasta has only 7kcal per serving!
Konjac paste is translucent and has a somewhat more gelatinous consistency than traditional paste. Unlike traditional pasta, shirataki pasta does not stick together after cooking. Glucomannan Flour
The Konjac plant grows in South East Africa and in Asia. In China and Japan, Konjac has been known for 2,000 years as a plant with medicinal properties and health benefits.
The main component of Konjac is glucomannan, which is extracted in the form of flour from the tuber of the Amorphophallus Konjac plant. It is a soluble fiber with great thickening power and a very low caloric intake.
- Slim down. Konjac glucomannan swells in the stomach providing a feeling of satiety and prolongs the effect of fullness. It is recommended to take 1g before each meal (3 times a day) with plenty of liquid.
- Maintain normal cholesterol levels, so it is indicated for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. It is recommended to take 4g per day.
- Stabilize blood sugar levels after each meal. Especially indicated for people with type 2 diabetes. Take before each meal.
- Regulate intestinal transit and chronic constipation.
